Here’s the thing: I do not offer a quick-fix or a cookie cutter workout plan that I use on every single one of my clients. I intend to help you change your life to live happier and healthier using research proven methods in fitness and nutrition. My coaching program is designed to help you sustain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for the rest of your life, not just for the time we are together.
When I first tried losing weight four years ago, everything was a struggle.
It took me three failed attempts, six months and a lot of money spent on unnecessary supplements and exercise equipments because the whole world was talking about it. Worse, I even put on an extra 5 kilos trying out fad diets. It was frustrating.
You may ask yourself some of these questions — What really works? What is the best way for me to lose weight? How do I get myself to start exercising more? Perhaps you can relate to a problem or two below?
If any of these problems sound familiar, you’re not alone. They were my struggles too, each and every one of them. When I first decided I had to lose weight, I didn’t know where to begin. I had no idea what to do and who to listen to. I don’t even know what cardio is. Those struggles led me to try so many things out myself, making me waste hundreds of dollars, time and effort when I could’ve done it right from the start.
After all my failed attempts, I weighed 83.5kg in early 2010 — the heaviest I’ve ever been in my whole life. My body told me to give up, but I knew I needed to do something. Something I should’ve done earlier.
Eight months later, I lost 20 kilos, and in December 2010, I ran my first 10km fun race.
The transformation opened up opportunities for me like never before. Today I am far more energetic than I’ve ever been in my life. Ironically, when people see the ‘new’ me, they normally ask me “What’s the secret?”.
Let me put it out to you. There were no secrets. Instead, you should ask yourself this question instead — “What REALLY works?”. Some people asks directly, others not so much. Nonetheless, everyone wants to know the same thing. This question in fact has inspired me to study Nutrition, Physiology and the science of weight loss.
When being asked this question, the first thing so many of us expect the answer to be could be one of the following:
– A new nutritional supplement that can change their body composition without exercise.
– A fancy exercise that is claimed to build muscle and burn fat while you sleep.
– A cream, a patch or something that you can wear to help you look fit.
– A miracle food or a machine that can help you lose fat just by sitting or laying still.
With my personal experience in weight loss, fitness and after years of study, you will be surprised that the answer has nothing to do with this. In fact, it has nothing to do with fitness at all.
The one thing that REALLY works to help you live your best life in fitness and nutrition is:
There is no miracle cure. There is no magic. I will teach you how to change your habits, love yourself and adopt a healthier, stronger lifestyle. But all those are of secondary importance.
What’s most important is the mentorship you will gain from me. The support I will give to you. And the friend you will find in me who will take you by the hand and walk you through times like these.
After several failed attempts in losing weight, I finally put my pride and ego away to seek help from a mentor. And that has made all the difference.
Sick and tired of all the information around me, I went up to my brother who is a Paramedic and a Certified Exercise Specialist and asked him for help. My life changed, eight months after. I have tried countless diets, pills and shakes to shed the weight but nothing works. In fact, everything I tried backfired on me.
My brother taught me how to train, how to eat and how to rest, but what I found that is the most important for me is that he was there all the time, on a near-daily basis for at least three months until I am confident to go at it by myself. This is the most crucial part that led me to my successes and you know how hard it is to lose weight, if you’ve ever tried to in the past.
My brother showed me how to do it, faster than I ever could if I were to do it myself. Without him, I would probably be still toying around with the treadmill button trying to get a great workout.
In fact, till this day, I am still working with great people in the field of self-development and fitness like my special needs lecturer, top-notch publishers and fitness experts and strength coaches.
I have been very lucky to have access to them and without them, Pretty Awesome Coaching will never come to its existence. Mentorship and the people who has brought me to where I am today are the people I am most grateful for and is the forefront of my successes.
People with an expert mentor and support are usually more driven than their peers who goes at it alone. They are also more likely to reach their goals faster than those who don’t have mentors. Having a mentor allow you to get constructive feedback, a real-life role model and validated and accepted wisdom. You figure things out faster, make fewer mistakes and get to where you want in life.

Yes, there are information scattered all over the Internet.
Yes, you could ask Liz at the gym for help, if she is around.

To work with me in person will cost over $1500 per month. A full blown face to face coaching like above will cost over $2800. Many other personal trainers don’t even offer nutrition and mindset coaching for more than the price I’m offering. While by no means cheap, the investment is far less than the total value of all that I’m offering.
Below are the actual fees I charge when clients work with me one-on-one. Added together, they will cost a lot of money. But I’m accepting only 10 Pretty Awesome Coaching clients, for not half, not a quarter but for less than 1/10th of my usual prices.
Your coaching fees will also be reduced from your second month onwards, and if you sign up for one of my 3 or 6-month packs, you’ll save even more.
Why such a low price compared to regular fees?
Good question and something I can definitely answer.
Firstly, this is an introductory price for my Pretty Awesome Coaching clients. In the future, the monthly fees will increase to $697, still well below my regular fees. More importantly, my goal and mission is to make mentorship, support and quality coaching affordable for those who wants and needs it the most. I could charge $1000 or more a month but that means I’ll be cutting out serious, real and honest people who are willing to work hard to great awesome results.
So I decided to offer it at $497 a month, a serious enough investment that will turn away those bargain-hunters who are looking for a quick fix but an affordable investment to those who truly needs it.
And after dollars upon dollars of wasting money on things that do not work, I can genuinely say that this is the most affordable this amount and value of coaching has ever been.
It is fitness, nutrition and happiness. It’s effective. It’s real. It’s honest. I’ve put in the hard work for you so you don’t have to worry and best of all? It’s guaranteed to bring you results. Yes, guaranteed.
Why do I guarantee everything?
It’s my job as a coach to allow you to focus on one task at hand. If the results are guaranteed, you will be less worried and there’ll be less distractions. I want you to focus on one thing only and that is:
