“I’m busy, but I really want to get started with exercise.”
That was what a good friend of mine told me early last week. Haven’t seen each other for about a year, she has definitely gained some weight following a marriage and a baby, and I’m talking about not the good kind of weight.
So naturally, I was concerned about her.
It’s true she was busy. Taking care of a 6-month old son and a family is not an easy task. She was also working shifts and taking care of her two aging parents. It’s no wonder why health and fitness starts to dwindle down.
But she wants to get started. She has a desire to and she asked me for help.
She’s a great woman and I felt for her. It sucked to see a friend like that.
But here’s the thing: She need not feel that way.
I know it’s sometimes hard to start somewhere considering you don’t know what the right thing to do is, and you have a million and one things on your plate but you can still start somewhere.
And I’ll tell you how you can with just seven-minutes a day.
